Jennifer Daley, MD, FACP, is a nationally recognized physician executive with expertise in operational improvement, patient safety, quality, and service excellence.

Dr. Daley is a long-time member of the NPSF Board of Directors and serves on the Board of Directors of the Certification Board for Professionals in Patient Safety.
She is distinguished for her substantial clinical work of redesign leading to quantifiable and sustainable improvements in patient outcomes and reduced costs. She is a highly regarded leader whose innovations have been implemented nationally in both government and private delivery systems and whose collaborations have yielded substantial improvements in clinical practice and cost reduction in both academic and community hospitals.

Dr. Daley has served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at the University of Massachusetts Memorial Medical Center in Worcester, MA. She has also served as Chief Medical Officer for Partners Community Healthcare, Inc., and as Senior Vice President of Clinical Quality and Chief Medical Officer for Tenet Healthcare Corporation in Dallas, TX.

Dr. Daley received her medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine. She was the recipient of the US Naval Academy-Harvard Business Review Ethical Leadership Award in 2007.
