Jan 09, 2005 -- The National Patient Safety Foundation is pleased to announce that Diane C. Pinakiewicz, founding Board member and Interim Executive Director, has accepted the position of President of the Foundation. During Diane’s Interim tenure, the Foundation has experienced significant growth in its programs and collaborative initiatives and we are confident that this will continue to be the case under her ongoing leadership.

With success comes positive change and NPSF is also excited to announce that, to accommodate our growth, we will be opening new offices in the complex of the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art (MASS MoCA) in North Adams, Massachusetts. This new office location will allow us to efficiently expand our operations. NPSF will retain a presence in the Washington, DC area, where we have enjoyed wonderful relationships and affiliations.

Effective February 28, all matters of administrative or program business should be directed to the new offices at the following location:

National Patient Safety Foundation
1120 MASS MoCA Way
North Adams, Massachusetts 01247

Telephone: 413.663.8900

Facsimile: 413.663.8905
