Stand Up: Implementation Plan
NPSF has created an Implementation Plan to serve as a your guide to the various tools and resources available to you through your membership in the Stand Up for Patient Safety Program. The current plan provides suggested activities and resources through Book 5 of the Member Resource Guide. We will continue to expand this Implementation Plan with up-to-date materials and resources that meet the needs of the evolving patient safety field.
