Welcome to the Patient Safety Initiative at America’s Public Hospitals, a grant-funded initiative designed to create and foster a community of safety net hospitals striving to accelerate patient safety efforts nationwide. Thanks to the generous support of Kaiser Permanente’s Community Benefit Fund, NAPH and NPSF have come together to support your organization in its commitment to patient safety. Through educational activities, awareness-building campaigns, and collaboration, this Initiative will allow us to position public hospitals at the forefront of quality healthcare and impact the patients, families and communities your serve.
