What if I receive an item that is defective, or is not what I ordered?
You may return items that are defective or incorrect for a full refund. All items must be unopened and in the original packaging. If you have received a defective or incorrect item please contact NPSF at email@example.com. You must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. NPSF will send you a pre-paid shipping label to return your items. Once your items have been received we will resend you the correct items at no additional charge to you. You should expect to receive your items within three weeks of returning your items; however in most cases you will receive the items sooner.
What if I ordered an item that I no longer want?
If the return is not a result of our error (you purchased the wrong items, changed your mind, etc.) you are eligible to receive a refund for the cost of the items only. We do not refund the original shipping that you paid with your order or the return shipping. If you would like to return your items please email firstname.lastname@example.org. You must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be unopened and in the original packaging.

Upon receiving your return we will issue you a refund of the cost of the items. Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your items; however in most cases you will receive your refund sooner.
