American Nurses Association

For more than 50 years, Baptist Easley Hospital has provided compassionate care for generations of Upstate families. John D. Stoeckle Center for Primary Care Innovation

    Massachusetts Coalition for the Prevention of Medical Errors
The Massachusetts Coalition for the Prevention of Medical Errors is a public-private partnership whose mission is to improve patient safety and eliminate medical errors in Massachusetts, and achieves this through promoting a systems-oriented approach to improving patient safety, identifying the causes of medical errors, and developing and supporting implementation of strategies for prevention. Memorial Hermann Health System

The largest not-for-profit health system in Southeast Texas, Memorial Hermann has 13 hospitals and numerous specialty programs.     Oregon Patient Safety Commission
The Oregon Patient Safety Commission is a semi-independent state agency charged by the Oregon Legislature with reducing the risk of serious adverse events occurring in Oregon’s healthcare system and encouraging a culture of patient safety. An independent voice for patient safety since 2003, OPSC partners with the healthcare community, key stakeholders, and patients and families to promote best practices and encourage transparency and shared learning to prevent harm. 
    Pacific Business Group on Health
PBGH is a non-profit business coalition focused on improving the quality and affordability of health care. The group represents 60 large health care purchaser members with more than 10 million employees, retirees, and dependents in California.
    Society of Hospital Medicine
Representing the fastest growing specialty in modern health care, the Society of Hospital Medicine (SHM) is the leading medical society for more than 52,000 hospitalists and their patients. SHM is dedicated to promoting the highest quality care for all hospitalized patients and overall excellence in the practice of hospital medicine through quality improvement, education, advocacy, and research. The Task Force for Global Health

The Task Force for Global Health mobilizes partnerships to improve the health and well-being of people around the world. Its programs and projects currently reach an estimated 495 million people in 135 countries. Founded in 1984 by global health pioneer Bill Foege, The Task Force works to end diseases that strike people living in extreme poverty including blinding trachoma, river blindness, intestinal worms, polio, and cholera. The Task Force is affiliated with Emory University, headquartered in Decatur, Georgia, and has offices in Guatemala and Ethiopia. The Task Force is the fourth largest nonprofit organization in the United States and the largest in Georgia.

      Tennessee Hospital Association
The Tennessee Hospital Association was established in 1938 as a not-for-profit membership association, to serve as an advocate for hospitals, health systems, and other healthcare organizations and the patients they serve. THA promotes and represents the interests of all Tennessee hospitals and health systems. Tthe Association’s quality and patient safety work focuses on the goal “zero preventable harm” supports hospital efforts to reduce and eliminate hospital acquired conditions and infections. The Tennessee Center for Patient Safety leads this work for the Association. 
    Tidelands Health
Tidelands Health is the largest health care provider in Georgetown and Horry counties in South Carolina. With three hospitals and more than 40 outpatient locations that stretch from Andrews to North Myrtle Beach, Tidelands Health is improving lives across the Tidelands region.
    Trident Health
Trident Health is a 407-bed HCA hospital system comprised of two acute care hospitals - Trident Medical Center and Summerville Medical Center - as well as two free-standing emergency departments: Centre Pointe Emergency and Moncks Corner Medical Center.
