NPSF Patient Safety Coalition Welcomes Brandix i3

Boston, MA, April 9, 2015The National Patient Safety Foundation (NPSF), a central voice for patient safety since 1997, recently welcomed Brandix i3 as the newest member of the NPSF Patient Safety Coalition.

Brandix i3 focuses on enterprise software development and business improvement consulting for health care and other industries. In health care, Brandix i3 partners with hospitals and acute health systems to develop and implement software and systems innovation with the goal of improving patient safety, quality, and process improvement.

 

Commenting on the membership, chief executive officer of Brandix i3, Arjuna Sirinanda, said, “We are pleased to become a coalition member of the National Patient Safety Foundation. Brandix i3 designs, develops and deploys several industry leading software solutions for patient safety and quality, and the membership helps us further reiterate our commitment in delivering patient safety solutions for the health care industry.”

Created to align diverse stakeholders from across the continuum of care in a unifying mission of making health care safer for patients and the workforce, the NPSF Patient Safety Coalition counts myriad organizations among its members, including solutions providers working to address patient safety challenges, professional associations, advocacy organizations, and other similarly committed organizations. Coalition members gain valuable opportunities for networking, learning, and knowledge sharing through quarterly webinars, an annual member meeting, special projects and events, and other high-value activities.

“We welcome the global perspective that Brandix i3 brings to the NPSF Patient Safety Coalition,” said Tejal K. Gandhi, MD, MPH, CPPS, president and CEO of NPSF. “We look forward to working with them on advancing patient safety and health care quality.”
