Wednesday, May 14, 2014 | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM | Orlando, FL
In response to widespread demand, this one-day course is being offered to experienced patient safety professionals who plan to take the Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS) examination. The course is being offered as a Pre-Congress session at the 16th Annual NPSF Patient Safety Congress.
The review course can help participants prepare for the exam by reviewing domain content areas and testtaking strategies, and creating a shared learning environment with fellow exam candidates and expert faculty.
Participation in this course will provide attendees with the opportunity to:
- Review, in depth, the six patient safety domains following the exam content outline
- Discuss patient safety scenario examples similar to actual exam questions
- Build a network of, and interact with, expert subject matter panel and other patient safety professionals sitting for the certification exam
- Assess level of preparedness for exam and address additional areas for self-study
Please note: Continuing education credit will not be offered for this program.
Registration is available for the CPPS Review Course only (May 14), or for the review course and the full NPSF Patient Safety Congress (May 15-16). To learn more about the NPSF Patient Safety Congress and to register for this program, visit www.npsfcongress.org.
