Partnership for Patient Safety is a patient-centered initiative to advance the reliability of healthcare systems worldwide. p4ps® initiates focused partnerships and joint ventures with organizations and individuals that share our core values and objectives of achieving a healthcare system that is authentically patient-centered and systems based.
Patient and Family Resource Center
The Patient and Family Resource Center (PFRC) website offers confidential, free information. It is run by the New York University Medical Center and provides aid to its members. Visitors to the website can search through online resources, ask a librarian, view patient handouts, and read common questions.
Patient Safety Institute
The Patient Safety Institute is non-profit and led by consumer, hospital, and physician advocates. It works to allow healthcare providers access to Personal Healthcare Records (with permission). The website offers news, resources, and various articles.
