NPSF Annual Patient Safety Congress
2011 Congress Plenary Session

Patient Safety Congress Plenary Session

As the only conference dedicated solely to patient safety, the NPSFAnnual Patient Safety Congress is a unique opportunity for practitioners, leaders and experts around the world to come together and share their knowledge.

There are many ways to address the issue of patient safety, and Congress participants explore them by attending a variety of seminars, breakouts sessions, workshops, demonstrations and plenaries. Participants also gain the opportunity to network with other professionals passionate about patient safety and share best practices in order to make a direct impact.

The 2013 Congress, Patient Safety Solution Evolution, will take place May 8-10 in New Orleans, Lousiana.

LLI Gala

The LLI Forum and Gala provides the opportunity to declare support for the institute’s mission and meet with patient safety leaders from around the globe. The event is divided into two parts: an interactive afternoon forum with LLI members and an evening program. During the evening, guests attend a networking cocktail reception and enjoy dinner at the State Room while hearing remarks from a special guest.

Patient Safety Awareness Week

PSAW 2013

Patient Safety Awareness Week is an annual campaign led by NPSF to foster education and awareness around patient safety. Each year has a distinct theme, in order to allow participants to address a particular safety issue in-depth. Organizations or individuals looking to foster patient safety in their communities can take advantage of this campaign by using NPSF tools, resources and informational materials. Organizations can also order individual materials to supplement an existing safety program.

Save the date: Patient Safety Awareness Week is March 3-9, 2013.
