  • Review literature on the role of miscommunications in medical errors and adverse events
  • Discuss the key curricular components of I-PASS, a program designed to standardize communication and improve patient safety
  • Review the results of the I-PASS Study, a 9-center prospective trial evaluating the effects of program implementation

All cancellation requests may be submitted in writing to NPSF at info@npsf.org. Requests received 72 hours (3 business days) in advance of the scheduled start time will receive a full refund, or may choose to roll registration into a future webcast. Requests submitted less than 72 hours (3 business days) in advance of the scheduled start time will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee, or may choose to roll registration into a future webcast.
