Guidelines for Downloading Ask Me 3 Materials

The Partnership for Clear Health Communication makes available its Ask Me 3 materials free of charge to any health care provider or organization, or consumer/patient group. All Ask Me 3 materials and provider information can be downloaded free of charge. Review information about permission to reprint or customize the Ask Me 3 materials.

If you wish to download copies of the materials, please read the following guidelines below. For a complete list of Ask Me 3 materials available for downloading, please click here.

Members of the Partnership for Clear Health Communication:
If you are a member of the Partnership, you or your organization may download materials here.

If you require high quality, printer-ready files of the materials, please submit a request. You will be asked to provide information about the intended audience, use and timing of your implementation plan. These requests will be reviewed individually and decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis. If your request is approved, you agree to use the files to print the number of Ask Me 3 materials approved by the Partnership for Clear Health Communications (PCHC), and agree to not alter, edit or change the content of the materials in any way. Refer to Permissions and Customizations for more information.

Non-Members:
If you are not currently a member of the Partnership for Clear Health Communication, please visit our Web site at http://www.npsf.org/pchc and consider becoming a member. Membership is free for any individual or organization interested in improving health literacy for their patients or their community.
